Our inclusive and relaxed atmosphere welcomes all abilities. We believe that pilates is for everyone, no matter their level of fitness or experience. Our approach is customized to meet the needs of everyone, with a focus on teaching the fundamentals of the practice.  Our attentive instructors are trained to motivate and challenge the class, while ensuring that they feel supported throughout their fitness journey.

At LYC Pilates, we strive to provide our clients with a holistic approach to fitness. We understand that sometimes all you need is a good sweat to feel the burn, and other times you may need something more calming and restorative. We take this into account when planning between sessions to ensure that we are tailoring to the needs of the group.

Our sessions are designed to condition both the body and the mind, offering a well-rounded workout experience that looks after you, not just your muscles.
