Our motivating playlists will push you to hold longer and dig deeper in small movements that bring on the “shake” + large movements that increase your power.

Flow

Moderately paced. Each exercise starts with a basic pilates movement and layers up into short bursts of intense exercise followed by a recovery period.

Purpose

SCULPT provides a fun, motivating workout to keep you engaged and get the results you want with low-impact movements. No more boring runs on the treadmill or repetitive weight lifting sequences! We will keep a strong focus on form throughout the exercises, to maximise the results for the effort you put in.

Goal

Get the results you want whilst staying motivated and having fun! Snatched waist with a bubble butt?  or you would like some abs with those biceps sir? Whatever your personal goal, we can help you love the body you're in and provide you with the finishing touches you desire! SCULPT aims to tone muscle and burn calories. Particularly building both muscular endurance and strength.

Suitability

No previous pilates experience necessary. Our SCULPT classes are suited to anyone that enjoys being active. You don't need to be a bodybuilder or a fitness fanatic to join in, but we will be carving out those abs, molding the booty and chiselling some nice lean muscle on the arms and legs so come prepared to work for it! This is a non-judgemental inclusive class that encourages and motivates each other to reach their goals and have some fun!

How?

Short bursts of intense exercise followed by a short recovery period designed to burn more calories in a shorter period of time and tone the muscles by allowing them to recover and stretch before going again! We layer up, starting with slow and controlled pilates movements to engage the deeper layers of the abdominal muscles and then maintaining this engagement throughout the next level burst of movement. All whilst burning calories to flatten the tummy and shake off extra unwanted body fat.  ​ The exercises also fire up the glutes focussing on glute isolation exercises for a bit of booty building. Using your own body weight you'll also tone the arms and legs.



Although strength based, this class is not about using heavy weights or 'bulking'- gaining large body mass. It is designed to tone up/maintain muscle and improve muscular endurance.
