Naomi

I went to RnBreathe on Friday night with some friends and it was so much fun! So chilled out. I loved taking time out from mum life and doing something different. The exercises made my body feel great and I just can't wait to book again next Friday!

What's the vibe?

How?

this class has been thoughtfully designed  with movements that reflect the music. All exercises focus on centering from the core, engaging the deeper abdominal muscles throughout and slowly controlling mobility of the body. Breathing is one of the main principles of pilates and is at the heart of this class. You will learn how to breathe 'laterally' into the ribcage to enhance the movement and maintain muscle engagement.
